We would like to warmly welcome you to our hotel.

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, here are a few points that will make your stay in our house easier.

 

A

Automat

A snack and drinks vending machine is located in the lobby area - here you can find chilled drinks and snacks. You can easily pay for these by card.

Air conditioner
All rooms are cooled via the ceiling. You can regulate the temperature individually on the control panel in the room.

Additional bed
On request, we are happy to provide an additional bed (90x200) (€20 per person/night), including additional towels. Please inform us about this one day before arrival.

Breakfast
We do not offer breakfast in our house. Breakfast options are within walking distance.

Bicycle room
In our lockable bicycle room you can store a limited number of bicycles free of charge and charge e-bikes. To enter the bicycle garage, please use your 4-digit room code. Additional bicycle parking spaces are located directly in front of the building.

Baby beds
We are happy to provide you with a free baby bed. Please let us know at least one day before arrival.

Check in
You can always check in immediately after you have received your booking confirmation with the 4-digit access code. On the day of your arrival you can easily move into your room from 3:00 p.m. using the entry code. Would you like to go to your room earlier? For € 15.00 you can book an early check-in from 1 p.m.

Check out
We politely ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Locking the hotel room door completes your check-out. The 4-digit access code expires automatically. You can book a late check-out until 1:00 p.m. for an additional fee of €15.00.

Cleanliness
We are constantly working to keep our hotel as clean as possible for you. If the room is very dirty, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of € 25,00.

Fire alarm
Networked fire detectors are installed in every room and are directly connected to the fire department.
If there is an alarm, please leave the building immediately. If the alarm is triggered by misconduct such as smoking, the costs for the fire service must be charged.

Our house has fast fiber optic internet, which is free for you throughout the building.

A free parking space is available directly in front of the hotel. A total of 4 e-charging stations are available.

Pets
We do not allow pets.

Shading
All double rooms are equipped with electric shading. You can easily control these using the control element. The apartments are equipped with opaque curtains.

Smoke
Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and shishas is prohibited in our house. Please use the smoking area at the back of the building or your room balcony.

All rooms are equipped with a modern smart TV. The TV channel list is attached.
